Maribel is one of the Virginia born native, who was brought up by her parents in Virginia by her father and mother and siblings. However, details are limited. In her early years Maribel aspired to become a lawyer and pursued her career in the field of law. She enrolled at the University of Virginia after graduating the high school level to pursue a degree in Foreign Policy as well as minoring in German. It is among the oldest universities within the US and dates its beginnings from 1819 the year it was established by Thomas Jefferson, one of the people who wrote the Declaration of Independence. A century-long array of courses are offered at the school and was constructed on the Jefferson's Academical Village - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its main campus is spread over 1600 acres while the research park and farm cover many more acres. After completing her studies, Maribel furthered her studies at New York Law School to pursue a Juris Doctor.
